Rather than using computers to decide whether to approve a customer or not, we rely on our people. Our manual Underwriters can assess each application on its own merits, which gives us the ability and flexibility to approve complex deals - we understand the importance of real people making real decisions. We do have auto-decline and auto-accept rules, but every other aspect of a finance application is underwritten by a real person and not an algorithm.
We try our best to get to know your customers on a personal level, reducing the difficulties and stress you may have already experienced while trying to get a customer approved elsewhere. Our approach to the subprime market allows us to help our dealers sell more cars and help customers drive away in the car they want.
Every Customer is different
Not all customers' circumstances are the same, and neither are the vehicles they want to finance. We do have to take into consideration that the vehicle a customer wants may not always be the vehicle they need and/or match their profile. As a result, there are a few instances where we may approve a customer for finance but not on the vehicle on their application. We look at every part of an application to make sure that we are doing the right thing for our customers and dealers.
